Necromancy

As Tier 1 you will support customers by triaging startup (restriction), shut down (exorcism) and environmental interference (hauntings). Your training will help you isolate issues to get our Revenants up and shambling! Happy Helping, and remember Reduce, Reuse, & Reanimate!

Wand

Wands can be fickle magical aides, but many of our magic users depend on this arcane item to enhance their magical abilities. We also have a fair amount of our on-the-ground security personnel trained in using wands to control magical breaches and encroachments, who may not be 100% comfortable troubleshooting on their own.

Crystal Ball

Tier 1 Support Call for Wand Ver. 1

A veteran member of our Magical Defense Force has been having issues troubleshooting their Crystal Ball. Our Seers need to have all of their magical implements functioning at full capacity in order to aid the Magical Defense Force in inter-dimensional relations, security, and surveillance! Usually, if it comes down to an issue with an oracle item, an aura ritual may be required.
